Gazprom refused to book gas supplies to Europe for third day in a row

Gazprom once again refused to book the power of the Yamal-Europe gas pipeline at the daily auction for gas transit through Poland on December 23, writes TASS with reference to the auction results on the GSA Platform platform. The company takes such a decision the third day in a row.

During the auction on the “day ahead” on December 22, capacity was available in the amount of 89.1 million cubic meters at the entrance point to the Polish plot of the highway, but this proposal remained unclaimed. Gazprom began to reduce the reservation of gas transfer through Poland from December 17, and starting the transit from December 20 and at all.

At the same time, the company also refrains from the reservation of pipeline capacity at an additional session, which is carried out immediately before the start of new gas days. As a result, from December 21, the physical flow of gas in the gas pipeline is in the reverse direction from Germany to Poland.
