Roscosmos State Corporation In December 2021 held an annual practical workshop with representatives of rocket and space industry organizations (RKO).
The main objective of this seminar is to increase the degree of integration of the organizations of the RTC and leading universities for the development of personnel and scientific and technological potential of the industry, summing up the implementation of the state plan for training personnel for organizations of the defense and industrial complex, the definition of the most effective approaches to the organization of career guidance and target Training.
This year, a practical seminar was held on the basis of the Tomsk State University of Management and Radioelectronics Systems, which secured the reputation of the region leader in the development of the innovation economy of Russia. This seminar passed in a mixed format: representatives of universities and organizations of the rocket and space industry were given the opportunity to connect to broadcast events and exchange experience during performances and round tables. During the event, actual issues of training for educational organizations in the interests of RKO organizations were raised.
The seminar took part Executive Director for promising programs and science of Roskosmos State Corporation Alexander Bloishenko, who made a lecture: “Space studies: a look into the future.” He spoke about the priority challenges facing humanity for the next 20 years, on the surface study of the planets, the protection of the planet from asteroids and the importance of controlling the cosmic movement.
Director of the Roskosmos State Corporation, Vladimir Matvechuk, spoke about priority areas to improve the training mechanisms in the interaction of Roskosmos State Corporation with educational institutions of higher education. Special accent was made on the priority of comprehensive support for support universities and students studying on the target set for the organizations of the industry.
