EurasiaNet writes that the militants “Taliban” sent a request in Dushanbe demanding the return of money. The Tajik side rejected him. “We did not build a school, but for the four months of the teacher and the staff of the embassy receive a salary of these funds,” the source of the publication told. According to him, all financial resources go to the needs of Afghan citizens.
Earlier, the Taliban declared the US responsibility for the crisis in the country and hoped to help Washington in the restoration of the economy. They stressed that after the withdrawal of their troops, the American side promised to recognize a new management system in Afghanistan and to preserve a diplomatic mission there.
