Report on work of Russian crew for December 20

Planned program of work of Russian crew members of the 66th long experiment to the international space station fully fulfilled.

during the working day carried out:

  • ECON-M experiment;
  • EXPERIMENT “Vector-MBI-1”;
  • reducing the nitrogen of the liquid block of the electronic VM system before turning on;
  • exercise.
  1. Experiment “ECON-M” will determine the possibility of obtaining operational documented information when conducting astronauts of visual-instrumental observations by manual optical devices in conditions of long-term space flight from the Russian segment of the International Space Station to assess the environmental consequences of man-made human activities in the Russian Federation and foreign states.
  2. Experiment “Vector-MBI-1”. Space experiment “Vector-MBI-1” is carried out in order to study the spectrum of accelerations acting on the vestibular apparatus during motor activity in weightlessness.

    Conducted space studies contain two stages.

    The first stage is aimed at studying the vestibular stimulation and is to study the spectrum of accelerations acting on the vestibular apparatus during motor activity in weightlessness.

    The second stage lies:

    – In the study of the contribution to the vestibular stimulation of the movements of the head and the movements of the body in conditions of weightlessness.

    – In the study of the possibility of electroplating correction of the quality of stabilization of the gaze in microgravity conditions.
