The Government hopes for an adoption of the vaccinal pass by the end of January for an entry into force “in the stride”, said his spokesperson, Gabriel Attal, Sunday, December 19th.

The Executive wishes that the bill to transform the vaccineal passes, “a quasi-confinement” for non-vaccinated, “definitively adopted and promulgated before the end of January for It can come into effect in the stride “, Told Attal on LCI

Faced with the fifth wave of COVID-19 and the arrival of the Omicron Variant in France, the Prime Minister, Jean Castex, had announced on Friday several new measures, including the transformation of the vaccineal passes. Concretely, to enter the places submitted to this pass (restaurants, places of culture, leisure …), a negative test will no longer suffice: it will necessarily have been vaccinated (or covid-19) and have received a dose of Reminder.

“This weekend”, either since this ad, “we saw an increase in appointments taken for a first injection,” said Attal, referring to the figure of 16,000 appointments of Primo-vaccination taken on Saturday. It remains around 5 million non-vaccinated French, he said. “It must be convinced again, taking action, as we do with the vaccinal pass but also using pedagogy,” he added.
