The most salaries in Russia increased in the field of information technology (plus 14 percent compared to 2020, up to 120,157 rubles). This industry is named in HEADHUNTER studies, RBC reports.
In second place in this indicator – specialists in real estate and construction (plus 10 percent, 115,216 rubles). Also the growth of revenues of Russians exceeded inflation in the financial sector, automotive business and non-food trade. There salary increased by 8 percent per year.
For average wages, IT employees are leading, they are the highest paid. The average earnings of developers for the year took off by 13 percent, to 136,644 rubles. Noticeable growth is also in logis – their salary increased by 8 percent, up to 56,385 rubles. An increase of 8 percent was at the designers and specialists in production.
At the same time, the total increase in the income of Russian workers was from 5.1 to 6.9 percent, depending on the official level (the average value is 6 percent). This is 1.9 percent below the forecast of the Central Bank and the Ministry of Economic Development.
Due to the lack of workers, many Russian companies are forced to raise salaries with a two-digit pace to keep employees, previously told the head of the Bank of Russia Elvira Nabiullina.
