Russia will launch GLONASS-K2

The first Space apparatus “GLONASS-K2” of the new generation of the Russian global navigation satellite system (GLONASS) can be launched in the second quarter of 2022, TASS reports, referring to a source in the rocket and space industry.

In November 2020, RIA Novosti, referring to the materials of Roskosmos, reported that the new GLONASS-K2 satellites were four times more expensive than their predecessors.
