A resident of the South West Province South Hwwan informed the service that at the time of mourning authorities organized a special division of the police, which will be “dealing with those who harm the mourning mourning.” Also, North Koreans are obliged to help homeless. “Enterprises are responsible for collecting products for residents and employees who cannot come to work due to lack of food,” the source shared.

Kim Jong Il headed the CBD after the death of his father Kim Il Senya in 1994. He ruled the country until his death in 2011, then he replaced him, the current leader Kim Jong Yun.

The period of the Board of Kim Jong Ira coincided with the hardest period in the history of the country. It is customary to be called a “difficult campaign” – a period of economic crisis and terrible hunger of the 1990s. According to different estimates, the crisis burned to three million lives.
