“At the moment, in the development of a new stabilization program with the Eurasian Foundation for Stabilization and Development with the Allocation of the State Financial Credit of the Russian Federation,” she said. According to Vice-Premiere, in 2022, Minsk will have to pay 3.3 billion dollars, in 2023 – 4.7 billion dollars of external debt along with service.
Snopkov stated that due to the pressure of the West, the country will face a lack of foreign investment. “In the conditions of failure of most international financial organizations from cooperation with the Republic of Belarus and other options to attract investment funds, internal resources and domestic reserves are,” the Deputy Prime Minister explained. The United States in December introduced sanctions against the Belarusian public debt, which provides for the actual prohibition of its refinancing with the participation of American investors.
