Chairman of the Council for Human Rights under the President of Russia (LTF) Valery Fadeev complained that in Russia there is no system for hiring Russians. He proposed to create it, taking as a basis for the mechanisms of recruiting migrants, write “Izvestia”.
The head of the LTS noted that in order to help migrants in finding work there is a “powerful system”, and its analogue is absent for Russian citizens. A foreigner who comes to the country offers work, and also explain how to register and offer accommodation options.
“There is a powerful system serving millions of labor migrants. There is nothing like the recruiting system in Russian regions. We must create it,” called Fadeev.
In addition, the head of the LTF indicated the average salary in several regions of Russia. He stressed that the profit of workers from other states is often superior to the amount of Russian income.

Fadeev also suggested inviting Russians from a poor regions to construction sites, “where, in general, badly with work.” “Formally no unemployment, and in fact people get very little money,” he added.
In the same interview, Fadeev spoke against the amnesty for bought fake Cowid Certificates. He called these actions to be deceived and scaling.
