“The Constitutional Court gets rid of a judgment of the ECHR [European Court of Human Rights] which violated our” judicial, a Tweeted Deputy Minister of Polish Justice, Sebastian Kaleta, with reference to a decision of the ECHR in the spring, concerning a reform controversial of the Polish judicial system, accused by Brussels to undermine the independence of justice.
