About seven-eight million Russians may arise problems due to debts when leaving abroad. It is reported by RIA Novosti, with reference to the President of the National Association of Professional Collection Agencies (underpin) Elman Mehtiyev.
Citizens with delay in debt over 90 days in the amount of more than 30 thousand rubles will not be able to leave the country, he reminded. Thus, every sixth borrower, provided that the lender receives a court decision, he will not be able to leave the country.
To avoid this, Mehdiev advises 10-14 days before departure through the site of FSSP clarify whether a person appears in the database of executive processes. If so, it is necessary to pay off the debt in full, notify the body that has a ban, and wait for about 10 business days until the data is listed in the database.
The president added that the middle borrower is a man and a woman aged 30-35 years old, who are married and with children. The average income of the debtors family is about 30-60 thousand rubles, although in major cities this indicator is 2-3 times higher. Most of the debtors among drivers, sellers and waiters (they account for 20 percent of the total).
According to the organization, 60 percent cases of delay are allowed for consuming, 37 percent on credit cards. It is best to pay on mortgage loans: car loans account for 1.5 percent of the overdue, the mortgage is 0.5 percent.
