American young man from Illinois Kyle Rittenhaus promised to destroy his AR-15 rifle, from which he shot in August 2020 for two BLM activists. About this this 18-year-old young man stated in an interview to Charlie Kirk.
Rittenhaus admitted that after a resonant murder and the lawsuit that followed him, he no longer wishes to own weapons. He also told that in childhood he wanted to work in the police and help people. The young man stated that he considers the protests of BLM with stupid, but respects everyone’s right for procession and demonstration.
Also during an interview, the host once again touched the court over Kylos, during which Kenosh County Prosecutor Thomas Binger took the same rifle of Rittenhaus and sent it to the hall, trying to demonstrate the danger of firearms. Kyle said that such behavior violates the arms handling.
On November 19, the jury court recognized the young man innocent on all the points of the charge. The teenager was charged to six points, including in advance murder. The maximum term is lifelong deprivation of liberty. The defense of Rittenhaus insisted that the young man did not exceed the limits of permissible self-defense.
On August 26, 2020, video was published as a crowd of Activists BLM pursues 17-year-old Rittenhaus during the riots in the city of Kenosh, Wisconsin. The young man, armed with a semi-automatic rifle AR-15, stumbled and fell, after which two demonstrators attacked him. He opened fire, killed one of them and mortally wounded the second, as an armed with a pistol.
