On the Baikonur cosmodrome, work was completed on the placement of goods in the piloted ship “Union MS-20”, designed to deliver to the international space station. Today, December 1, 2021, at the technical complex of the site 254 Specialists of the RKK “Energy” (part of the state corporation “Roskosmos”) performed the delivery of goods delivered in the household compartment of the ship.
This is primarily the New Year parcels for Russian crew members of the 66th major expedition – Anton Slippler and Peter Dubrov. Our cosmonauts should receive a congratulatory correspondence from relatives and loved ones, personal gifts and favorite musical works, as well as home treats for a festive table. In total, the ISS is planned to deliver about 162 kg of healthy goods, including materials for conducting medical and biological research and experiments, consumables, hygiene products, diet and 13 kg of fresh fruit.
