President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko explained the meaning of the new Constitution in an interview with RIA Novosti.
According to Lukashenko, the redistribution of powers and the creation of a new structure of power is the main, but not the only meaning of the new constitution. He noted that “it is right.”
