Franco-Israeli Hacker Ulcan judged in Paris for malicious calls

In particular for these phone calls and various hacks in six cases, it will not be present at the hearing.

The Franco-Israeli Hacker Ulcan, of its real name Grégory Chelli, is judged Thursday 2 and Friday, December 3 in Paris for a series of malicious calls for the mayor of Lille Martine Aubry and Journalist Pierre Haski. The 39-year-old, settled since the end of 2013 in Israel, will not appear before the 14 – sup> e Correctional Chamber of Paris, according to its lawyer M e Gilles-William Goldnadel.

In October 2014, in response to Israeli bombing on the Gaza Strip during the summer, the municipality of Lille ad put “temporarily” a twinning with an Israeli city. On his Facebook page, the hacker and “Zionist activist”, as it presents, threatens the Mayor Martine Aubry of “Sanctions”. According to the Prosecution, he first sounds his phone to multiple times in the middle of the night and then, by moving on the husband of the elected, calls the police.

“He says he just killed his wife, that he is entrenched and armed and will open the fire if they intervene,” explains M e Matthew Hénon, the Lawyer of Martine Aubry. “Threats, it’s one thing. Former member of the LDJ, a group Zionists radicals

In the summer of 2014, Grégory Chelli, former member of the Jewish Defense League (LDJ) – A group of young Zionists Radical -, follower of the hacking of propaletinian sites or media and known for hoaxes pushed to the Extreme of its Violvocal site, had launched a series of attacks against the Rue89 information site after an article devoted to its methods that had disposed. He had first harassed the author of the article and his parents, making them believe in the death of their son.

Then he had passed away from the police for a retranché man who killed his wife and baby and gave the parents’ address. Four days later, the father of the journalist had made an infarction he died a few weeks later. In this file, an investigating judge had decided in 2019 to return Grégory Chelli to a court of foundation for “Voluntary violence with premeditation who resulted in death without intent to give it”.

But his decision was canceled by the Cassation Court end 2020 for procedural issues. Last week, the Paris Court of Appeal decided to refer the file to the investigating judge.

This sequence should be addressed Thursday and Friday in court since Grégory Chelli also appears for five other cases, including a malicious appeal for Journalist Pierre Haski, at the time director of Rue89.
