MARYVONNE The Brudleen, Director of the Tracfin Financial Intelligence Cell, was appointed Wednesday 1 December at the head of the National Institute of Public Service (Insp), which will replace the On January 1, 2022, the Ministry of Transformation and Public Function announced in a statement.
M ME The Brudleen, named for a period of four years, is “a woman of experience and an example of Republican meritocracy, to which I am particularly attached,” welcomed the Minister Amélie de Montchalin in this communiqué. “In the Public Finance Branch, it has demonstrated its ability to successfully carry a very well-known transformation and wide-sized simplification project, the levy at the source of income tax”, added the minister.

Diversify recruitment
In early November, the department had reported that two men and two women stayed in the running of the insp.
In a report that has just been published, Jean Basseères, the Director General of Pôle Emploi mandated by the Government to trace the contours of the insp, advocates in particular to diversify the recruitment by creating a fourth competition reserved for the fellows, to strengthen the links of this institute with the academic world and research, or to muscle the offer of continuing education.
The mission also proposes to make the training less academic and more oriented towards the application and the professional integration.
