To get rid of the lack of sleep, the dynamologist recommended drinking coffee strategically – that is, to drink it before taking care of a particularly important thing. In addition, you need to constantly breathe fresh air and, if there is an opportunity, arrange a short sleep from five to 30 minutes.

“The latest studies show that during sleep, the brain is getting rid of residual products, and long lathes becomes a factor in the risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease. But how large is this risk, it is impossible to say yet,” the specialist added.
