Passenger plane changed direction due to US scouts over Black Sea

Passenger plane, following the route Tel Aviv – Moscow, was forced to change the direction to avoid rapprochement with the US intelligence aircraft over the Black Sea. This is reported by Interfax with reference to the source in air traffic services.

According to the agency, one of two intelligence officers crossed the established civil aviation highways and approached the passenger airbus.

“The crew reported the triggering of alarm on a dangerous convergence. There were less than 20 meters between vertical aircraft. The dispatchers gave the team to a civil aircraft to decrease by 500 meters and take a safer echelon,” the service reported.
