The Russian Foreign Ministry is working on a system that will be using an artificial intelligence to analyze data arrays on foreign policy issues. It is reported by RBC.
Special Representative Minister of Foreign Affairs for Digital Transformation Sergei Kiryyshin told the publication that next year it is planned to develop a conceptual project of the system, and already according to the results of this design, the Office will be determined with respect to the program financing. A technological partner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in this project will be the Institute of System Programming named after Ivannikov (EC RAS).
The official refused to reveal that which data would be trusted to analyze the car. Ryyshin only indicated that “analytical tasks in foreign policy activities, as well as units in need of such a system.”
December 13 reported that Specialists of the University of Oxford organized a discussion between people and artificial intelligence to talk to the inventory of the industry. As a result, the car warned humanity about the danger of artificial intelligence: “The only way to avoid the AI armaments race is not to deal with AI at all,” she said.
