In the published document, the specialists of the Government Center write that the French authorities avoid “more decisive” actions against the Kremlin, and President Emmanuel Macron prefers to solve disagreements through a direct dialogue with Vladimir Putin.
Analysts are also convinced that Russia will use “similar manifestations of goodwill” to strengthen disagreements within the European Union. In particular, conducting their interests during the upcoming election campaign in France through the support of the candidates sympathetic to it.
Premier Poland’s Prime Minister Mateush Morrazetsky put forward to Russia ultimatum about its further relations with European countries. “Russia must decide: she wants to be with Europe or against her,” said Morrazetsky. According to his assessment, Moscow “explores the boundaries of the permitted” and wants to “divide Europe.”
