Lithuania: opened a hotline for complaints about China

The Lithuanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced the formation of the Working Group on Counteracting “Economic Pressure” of China. This was reported in the press service of the department, “Sputnik Lithuania” reports.

It is noted that the created working group will study the pressure information provided by the PRC to the Lithuanian business, and offer the assistance to affected enterprises.

In addition, a hotline will work for the latter in Lithuania, which companies will be able to contact or by email and complain to the Economic Policy of Beijing. In turn, the Specialists of the Service will be able to provide entrepreneurs information and recommendations on trade issues with China.

Earlier, the Foreign Minister Gabylus Landsbergis, Gabrils, said that the republic was asked to help Europe in the question of blocking the PRC of Lithuanian goods. According to the diplomat, Vilnius cannot independently impose sanctions against Chinese enterprises and exclude them from European customs systems.
