Most scandalous professions of year

Participants in the survey of the service “Salary.ru” called the most scandalous professions in Russia. 14 percent of Russians in the outgoing year had to conflict with employees of the Countries, and 11 percent with QR codes controllers. The materials of the study are at the disposal of “Lental.ru”.

In the list are couriers (eight percent), doctors (seven percent), guards, registry officers in hospitals, cashiers, taxi drivers (five percent). Controllers in public transport named only two percent of respondents.

Sphere where the most intense atmosphere with communications has developed, have become different services – almost a third (32 percent) of respondents have come across problems. Another 13 percent got involved in the conflict situation in the financial sector (accounting, banks) and sales, ten percent told about retail scandals.

Most often, the respondents believed to the psychological state of workers are influenced by stressful situations (26 percent of answers), too frequent communication with unfamiliar people (16 percent), general discontent with work and life (15 percent). In addition, every tenth pointed to a complex situation in society, and six percent of the answers were about the negative effects of pandemic, non-normalized work and processing.

Four more percent blame a small salary of specialists in conflicts, but 30 percent of respondents believe that if the scandalous employees raise a salary, then the number of “nerves” they will decrease. In addition, 26 percent believe that the scandalists need to be changed, 18 percent – to develop psychological durability, and 12 percent – more often rest.

The survey was conducted from 8 to 12 December. It was attended by 1730 respondents from all regions of the country.

Previously, the service “Salary.ru” found out that the main reasons for employment in Russia are inflated salary expectations (35 percent) lack of experience (30 percent), a frequent change of work (15 percent) and high competence of a candidate for office (eight percent).
