This is a new rebound in the disappearance case, on the night of 15 to 16 December 2020, from Delphine Jubillard, the 33-year-old nurse who lived in Cagnac-les-Mines, a village located near Albi.
The new companion of his husband, Cédric Jubillar, was arrested and placed in custody in the survey of this disappearance, was learned from a source close to the survey, Wednesday December 15th. This 44-year-old woman has been heard for 7 hours in the morning to a gendarmerie of Tarn, according to another source close to the investigation.
Cédric Jubillar indicted
After the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar, her husband is still a main suspect. Inmate with isolation since its indictment for murder, on 18 June, the latter has continued to claim its innocence, and its lawyers presented on 7 December a new request for release, after several vain attempts.
To justify the indictment, the prosecutor of the Republic, Dominique Alzeari, highlighted a “context of very confrontational separation” and reports a violent dispute on the evening of December 15, of which would have witnessed the son of the couple, aged 6. Many areas of shade remain in this affair without a body, or confessions, nor irrefutable evidence.
