Psychologist Vladislav Chubarov in an interview with the “Fifth Channel” said that the middle-aged crisis is quite real phenomenon and revealed its main dangers.
According to the specialist, most often this ailment arises from people from 30 to 50 years. People who have a crisis, as a rule, dramatically change their lives in one way or another due to the established position in society or family. “This is not a myth, but a reality. As a rule, the middle-aged crisis is conjugate with the desire to throw everything and change, start life from pure sheet,” said Medic.
He noted that in this state a person takes a decision that is not characteristic of it, which, sometimes, can radically change his life. He may unexpectedly show the initiative in changing the place of residence, work, and sometimes even a spouse. The psychologist explains that such actions are committed because of fear that a person willree and becomes closer to death. Such thoughts lead him to the desire to try to live a new one, another life. Thus, his life is divided into “to” and “after”, emphasized Chubarov.
He added that at some point, a person thinks about what he achieved in his life and “shines” whether he is still something else, which is why he disappears the feeling of his own uniqueness. The doctor recommends learn to take herself and his condition, as well as notice the advantages that are available at each age, not focusing on the minuses.
Earlier, the Russian psychiatrist, the doctor of science stated that Coronavirus affects not only the physical condition of the body, but also on mental. In people after COVID-19, the state of the psyche is dramatically deteriorated: neurosis, depression, panic attacks arise, and some on the background of infection and the personality change occurs.
