Paris will consider Moscow Proposals for Security Guarantees in Europe, if they are responsible for the interests of France and its partners. This was stated by the representative of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, commenting on the intention of Russia to send NATO developments to ensure strategic stability on the European Continent, RIA Novosti reports.
“France will very carefully examine all the proposals if they can help strengthen strategic stability in Europe and meet the interests of France’s security and its partners,” the meade noted.
Earlier it was reported that Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Andrei Rudenko declared the readiness of Russia in the near future “on paper” to transfer the United States and other members of the North Atlantic Alliance their developments on security guarantees in Europe.
On December 10, the Russian Foreign Ministry reported that Russia will develop and offer NATO comprehensive proposal for legal guarantees of security that could satisfy it. It was specified that the proposal is associated with violations of political obligations under which the countries of the West go.
