Christmas spruce in Vatican

On St. Peter’s Square in the Vatican, Christmas fir spangled. This is reported by the publication Wanted in Rome.

Solemn litigation ceremony took place on Friday on December 10. The 113-year-old spruce with a height of 28 meters was brought from Trento province in northern Italy. The tree is decorated with 600 wooden toys made by manually masters from the Andalo commune. Festive spruce is also equipped with low power luminaires.

Also on the square installed the traditional vertel. It consists of more than 30 statuettes in full size in traditional Andean costumes. The figures are made of ceramics, wood and fiberglass.

Earlier on Mountain Indezhino in Italy lit the biggest Christmas tree in the world. The tree is a garland laid on the slope in the shape of a festive Christmas tree. Installation height reaches 750 meters.
