A person is dead and eighteen others were injured, including two party leaders, in a fire at the Islamist party’s headquarters Ennahda, Thursday, December 9 in Tunis, according to the Ministry of the Interior and members of the training.
In a statement released on his official page, Ennahda announced, citing witnesses, the death of one of his “activists” during this fire. It is a former host agent born in 1970, according to the Tunisian Ministry of the Interior. Ennahda was the main force in the Tunisian Parliament before his suspension in July by the President, Kaïs Saïed, who has arrogated the full powers by invoking an “imminent danger” weighing on the country.
