The Deputy Foreign Ministry of Russia Alexander Pankin said that in the West was a civilized, at the table of negotiations to solve problems. He looked out in an interview with RIA Novosti.

Earlier, the President of Finland Sauli Niistinia called Western countries when interacting with Russia to reckon with her interests.
