Northern Centrist Senator Valérie Létard greeted “a remarkable woman, deeply human, competent, endearing, very courageous,” who “will have a lot worked for his commune in Fréthun, his territory of Calaisis and for economic development”.
The deputy Sébastien Chenu sent his “more sincere condolences” to his loved ones on behalf of the National Rally of Hauts-de-France, just like the Northern Communist Senator Eric Bocquet.
