US will expand military infrastructure in Australia

US will expand military presence and will strengthen the relevant infrastructure in Australia as part of the CNR containment strategy. This was stated by the Acting Deputy Assistant Minister of Defense of the United States on political issues Mara Carlin, writes RIA Novosti.

According to her, it is also planned to expand infrastructure on the Pacific Islands and the Basery of Aviation in Australia on a rotational basis.

Carlin stressed that the United States intends to place fighter and bombarding aviation in Australia.

Earlier, the Foreign Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China Le Yucus said that the creation of a tripartite Aukus alliance between the United States, Great Britain and Australia aims to inflate a cold war, violates the provisions of the Non-Proliferation Treaty and creates a threat to a nuclear catastrophe in the Pacific region.
