“Today exported flight of the airline Iraqi Airways from Minsk to Erbil is canceled,” it is reported. Earlier at the airport, the similar flights scheduled for November 28 and 29 were canceled. Thus, this is the third time when people could not get home.
Representative of the Iraqi authorities, press secretary of the Ministry of Migration and Displaced Persons Iraq Ali Abbas Jahangir, said earlier that this last flight for those who wish would voluntarily return home refugees from the Middle East Republic. He also added that all the carriage of the airline Iraqi Airways exercises at the expense of the Iraq government.
Exporting flights for refugees in Belarus are organized with the assistance of Iraqi diplomats. The first flights began in mid-November.
At the same time, President Alexander Lukashenko, Alexander Lukashenko, was called to help with the organization of the evacuation of migrants to their homeland. “We are ready to plant everyone in airplanes who will take them back home. But these are people, I must say, very drooped: no one wants to return,” said the Belarusian leader.
