Brent oil barrel price for the first time since the summer has become less than 68 dollars. The previous similar indicator was recorded on August 23, 2021. In addition, the cost of WTI oil futures fell 7.51 percent to 64.7 dollars per barrel.
It is noted that at 20:17 in Moscow, Brent oil traded at $ 67.77 per barrel (-7.36 percent). The cost of WTI oil decreased by 7.42 percent to 64.77 dollars per barrel.
Earlier, Russian analysts predicted sharp increase in oil prices. In their opinion, the cost of Brent oil can rise to $ 76-77 per barrel, and after meeting the organization of oil producers (OPEC +) – overcome a mark of $ 80 per barrel.
