Putin made new measures to support citizens

Russian President Vladimir Putin did not rule out new measures to support citizens based on available opportunities. He stated this at the VTB Investment Forum Capital “Russia call!”, TASS reports.

The head of state recalled the previously adopted measures of social support for citizens with small income, including the one-time payments to retirees and families with school children. “Of course, this is not an exhaustive list of measures to support citizens. Based on our financial opportunities, we will work out other decisions on this score,” Putin said. According to the president, the planned measures to support citizens are laid in the budget and will be fulfilled in full.

At the end of August, Putin announced the one-time payments to pensioners and a serviceman in the amount of 10 and 15 thousand rubles. A decree was also signed on a one-time payment to residents of a blockade Leningrad and awarded for its defense – 50 thousand rubles.
