Each fifth resident of Russia (22 percent of the population) expects a premium for the year, found out during the survey, a research center for the search for the work of “Salary.ru”. In addition, two thirds of the surveyed men believe that they deserve an annual award, regardless of the quality and scope of work performed by their work. In total, there were 1700 respondents from the whole country. As for the size of the award, more than 45 percent of Russians, confident in its receipt, expect an amount in the amount of one salary, 27 percent are calculated on double salary, and 13 percent on triple.
“Salary.ru” also learned from Russians, which depends on the issuance of the annual award in their company. The most common factors were the fulfillment of individual plans or KPI (27 percent) and the volume of tasks made (18 percent). Sometimes remuneration is supposed to those who worked overtime (9 percent). More than 40 percent of Russians stated that they receive a stimulating payment every year independently of the reasons listed.
In addition, residents of Russia shared their plans about how to spend the annual prize. 31 Percentage of respondents intend to invest this money in their accumulations on vacation. 18 percent will have to spend a fee for paying loans and mortgages. 13 percent considered it necessary to send the amount for automotive expenses, 9 percent – on debt payment, 4 percent – on investment.
Earlier in November, the SuperJob service recorded that the difference in salary expectations of women and men in Russia decreased from 15 to 6 percent in ten years. In Moscow, the gap is 6 percent, in St. Petersburg – 8 percent. However, Russians are still rarely decided to ask for a salary greater than male earnings.
