Polish border guards began to lead a more constructive dialogue with Belarusian colleagues “to work together on the resolution of emerging issues.” Communication takes place in Russian, the head of the Operational Situation Center of the Brest Brest Border Group Sergey Kozlovsky, reports BelTA on Sunday, November 21.
“Polish colleagues have become in working order to communicate with the operational and situational point of control of the Brest Brest Group,” said Kozlovsky. He noted that earlier the exchange of information with Poland “was formal”.
Kozlovsky said that on the eve of the Polish border guards proposed to increase the number of machines launched on their territory. “If it was difficult to conduct a dialogue before, now we are in the literal sense in the same language. Communication happens in Russian,” he added.
Earlier on Sunday, Polish Prime Minister Mateush MOREVETSKA said that the government of the republic admits the possibility of full closing of borders with Belarus due to the migration crisis. On the eve of Poland’s authority, they promised to complete the fence on the border with Belarus in the first half of 2022.
