Britain manufacturers will take part in the creation of the Polish air defense system (air defense) NAREW. The agreement on intentions was signed during a visit to Poland Minister of Defense of Britain Ben Wallace. It is reported by UK Defence Journal.
Agreement implies the participation of foreign manufacturers in the creation of the Polish air defense system. The British division of the international Consortium MBDA together with the Polish military-industrial group will work on the integration of the modular anti-aircraft managed rocket.
The NAREW Complex will receive ammunition based on the British anti-aircraft missile CAMM (Common Anti-Air Modular Missile). A promising rocket will be able to develop speed up to three Maha numbers. The ammunition received an active radio frequency seeker. The publication notes that CAMM may affect stealth aircraft, high-speed rockets and small objectives.
Previously, Telegram-Canal Berta published a video of the transfer of Polish anti-aircraft missile systems. The records “Cube” and “OSA” are visible.
In October, Defence24 Edition announced the superiority of the Polish portable anti-aircraft missile complex (CRKK) PIORUN in front of the Russian “Verba”. The publications suggested that the range of Polish CRKK exceeds 6.4 kilometers.
