The European Union (EU) does not intend to negotiate with the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko in terms of the situation with migrants on the Polish-Belarusian border and their further fate. This was stated by the RBC of the Spokesrender of the European Commission (EC) Peter Stano, who clarified the essence of the agreements with Belarus.
He rejected both the holding and the possibility of negotiations with Lukashenko. “He created this crisis, he brought these people to Belarus, licking them that they could easily get into the EU, and they are located on the territory of Belarus,” said Stano.
Also, the spokesman also called the Belarusian leader responsible and for concerns about refugees, and for providing access to them to international organizations for help, and for the return of migrants to their homeland.
