Putin instructed to negotiate with Solomon Islands

Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of the Russian Federation to negotiate with the Solomon Islands on the establishment of diplomatic interaction. This is reported in a decree published on the official portal of legal information.

“Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation hold negotiations with the Solomon Islands on the establishment of diplomatic relations and the agreement achieved by the relevant documents”, “stated in decree.

Solomon Islands are located in the southwestern part of the Pacific Ocean, in Melanesia. The state occupies most of the same name of the same name, consisting of 992 islands.
