Russian President Vladimir Putin approved amendments to the legislation on compulsory pension insurance. They provide for the expansion of the sources of income of the Pension Fund of Russia (FIU) at the expense of funds confiscated in corrupt officials. The current legislation provides for the replenishment of the Fund’s funds at the expense of insurance premiums, federal budget funds, the amount of penalties and other financial sanctions, revenues from posting (investment) of temporarily free funds of compulsory pension insurance.
In addition, voluntary contributions of individuals and organizations paid by them are not as insured or insured persons, as well as the funds of the payment reserve for the payment of fundamental pension, funds of pension savings of persons who are appointed urgent retirement payment.
Earlier, the Deputy Championship of the Social Committee of the Federation Council Elena Bibikova explained that the FFR budget would send both directly confiscated funds and obtained as a result of the sale of confiscated property, that is, what is obtained through corruption offenses.
Earlier it was reported that Putin made amendments to the State Duma to increase the minimum wage (minimum wage) and the subsistence minimum. In his opinion, both parameters should grow by 8.6 percent to turn out to be higher than annual inflation.
