Kalashnikov did not specify what growth is about – in annual terms or for half a year and nominal is a salary or real disposable income.
The exact amount for which the prisoner can count in Russia, the head of the FSIN also did not name. However, he noticed that most often the work was attracted to those convicts, for whom the victims were claimed. They work, as a rule, on the sorting and processing of utility waste.
Earlier it was reported that prisoners plan to use at construction sites in the Arctic. The relevant bill prepare FSIN and the Ministry of Justice. It is assumed to send there voluntarily, and as an advantage is a preferential calculation of the term of criminal punishment.
