It is noted that the investigation will lead the Baroness Heger Hellett, which was investigating the circumstances of the death of people during terrorist attacks in London in 2005.

Don Sterges and Charlie Rowley in June 2018 received poisoning in Amesbury by the neuro-paralytic substance “Novice”, in March, in the neighboring town of Salisbury, a former employee Gro Sergey Skripal and his daughter Julia were poisoned. The couple was placed in the same hospital, where the treatment was tested, but Briton died. Rowley came to himself. Subsequently, the Sturges family filed a lawsuit against London’s High Court of Violation of Human Rights. Family lawyers began the proceedings in court in accordance with the European Convention on Human Rights. The Russian side rejected accusations of involvement in the death of the British.
