The Federal Network Agency Germany stopped the certification process of the “Northern Flow-2” on November 16. The regulator explained that the operator of the NORD Stream 2 AG gas pipeline can be certified as independent only when the creation of a subsidiary in Germany for the German part of the highway is completed.
