The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (MFCC) encourages Poland to open access to migrants on the border with Belarus, to provide gumpose. This is stated in the press release of the organization received by Lentu.ru.
Andreas von Weisssenberg, head of the IFCC department for natural disasters, climate and crisis in Europe, noted that the Belarusian Red Cross managed to access the border areas from the Belarusian side and to assist the migrants there. According to him, it is necessary that access to migrants also be provided on the other – Polish – side of the border.
