In Russia, 30 collector agencies of a high category of risk are working, RBC writes with reference to the data of the federal bailiff service (FSSP). It is 7.2 percent of the total number of companies in the register of professional recovers.
The category of high risk belongs to collectors who at least once a year have grossly violated the basic law in the sphere of recovery. Such violations, for example, include the use of physical strength to debtors, threats, destruction or damage to property, as well as contact with Russians after recognizing them by bankrupt.
According to FSSP estimates, nine legal entities fell into the category of significant risk, and the medium (repeated violation of
Rules of frequency of visits and calls) – five. In general, the share of collector companies dangerous to Russians, to which attachments have complaints, is 10.6 percent of the total.
Earlier, the State Duma adopted a law that prohibits collectors to communicate with relatives, familiar or neighbors of the debtor. The interaction will be possible only with written consent. The law also provides for their right at any time to withdraw this earlier consent.
