At the time of publication, the dollar traded 73.02 rubles. Thus, growth in comparison with the closure of the previous trading session was 1.4 percent.
Euros at the time of publication was 83.6 rubles. The growth of quotations compared to the closure of the session on November 11 was 1.68 percent.
On November 11, the European Commission improved the forecast for the growth rate of the Russian economy, based on higher expectations of the cost of oil. The average cost of Brent Barrel, according to the authors, will draw up $ 71.6 dollars.
