Proton-PM trade union has joined Federal Project “Phophycle”

Members of the Proton-PM Primary Trade Union organization (enters the integrated NGO structure of Roskosmos NGO) received discount cards that can be used in more than 700 stores and organizations of the Perm Territory. The project is implemented in Russia from January 2015 and is called “Profdiscont”.

More than 700 regions organizations participate in it. Among them are companies of various spheres: products, health, childhood, sports, beauty, real estate, auto and others. Upon presentation of a card and a document certifying the identity, a member of the trade union will receive a discount from 2 to 20 percent.

Elena Koshayeva, Proton-PM chairman: For communication with colleagues, I know that awareness about the Profdiscont project “in the residents of the regions will vary: it all depends on the activity of the leaders of primary organizations. Participation in this project allows us to strengthen the motivation of the members of the trade union. It is important for us to offer employees to real benefit from participation in the trade union movement. If the protection of rights and interests is a very abstract concept, then saving money is quite real and tangible. I hope that the protons will appreciate the possibility of a discount card.

A discount card of a trade union member is nominal and issued to each employee personally. The project does not carry the commercial benefit for the trade union, its goal is to save money to PPO members. When leaving the trade unionaparta is covered and blocked.
