In capital of Haiti, bandits captured a bus with 50 passengers

In the capital of Haiti, the city of Port-O-Prince, unknowns captured a bus with 50 passengers. It is reported by RIA Novosti.

As a ransom, the gangsters demanded to pay them 500 thousand dollars. Previously, the largest Haitian gang threatened to overthrow the Ariel Henri Prime Minister, if he voluntarily dismisses. The gang leader also demanded to remove five percent of people in power in Haiti.

October 17 became known that 17 Christian missionaries from Canada were kidnapped in Haiti and USA. They were captured by a gang of 400 Mawozo hostage when they sat down next to the shelter in the capital of Haiti Port-O-Prince.

In the later, the leader of the gang Lamo Sanju stated that the hostages would be killed if the redemption will not be paid in the amount of one million dollars. Commenting on the incident, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken assured that the White House is in constant contact with the FBI and the Gaiti government.
