Shares of the Russian company Aeroflot fell by 1.92 percent against the background of possible sanctions from the European Union. This is evidenced by the data of trading Mosbier.
The securities of the air carrier dropped to 66.54 rubles per share. The price began to fall after information appeared that Europe could introduce sanctions against the company due to the migration crisis on the border of Poland and Belarus. The EU assume that Aeroflot was involved in the transport of migrants from Iraq to Belarus.
Presumably, sanctions can be introduced in early December and also affect a number of other airlines, including Turkish Airlines, Utair and Flydubai. US and United Kingdom can also connect to sanctions. The Council of the Federation has already commented on information on possible restrictive measures. According to Senator Vladimir Dzhabarova, Russia may consider the prohibition of a span for Western airlines over its territory.
