Representatives of the Experienced Design Bureau “Torch” (included in the integrated structure of NGO Energomash State Corporation “Roscosmos”) took part in the two-day student career forum “Knowledge of Labor”, which was held on October 26 and 27, 2021 at the Baltic Federal University named after Immanuel Cant and collected representatives of key enterprises in the region.
On the first day of the forum for students who visited the event, an excursion was organized in the Torch OKB. The second day of the forum was held in the work on sections: plenary discussion, presentations of companies, master classes and trial interviews.
The General Designer of the Torch “Torch” Evgeny Kosmodemyansky spoke at the general presentation of companies. He spoke about the activities of the enterprise, answered questions about the most demanded specialties, existing internship programs and mentoring system.
